Tucker was active after sitting out Week 1 as an inactive, per Bailey Adams at Pewter Report, and does not appear in the play-by-play: no carry, no target, no return. Bucky Irving had 17 of the 19 running-back carries and Kenneth Gainwell the other two, and Gainwell and Kameron Johnson returned all five kickoffs, in a 23–19 loss to the Browns.

Sean Tucker was in uniform on Sunday and the play-by-play does not know it. He was inactive in Week 1, per Joshua Queipo at Pewter Report, and active this week, per Bailey Adams at the same outlet, who wrote when the inactives came out that Tucker was good to go. Then the game was played, and his name is not on a carry, a target, a return, a penalty or an injury note. The data cannot say how many snaps he played, on offense or on special teams.
What the backfield did without him: Bucky Irving carried 17 times for 89 yards and caught four passes for one yard. Kenneth Gainwell carried twice for 10, both first downs, and caught three of four targets for five. That is all 19 running-back carries and all eight running-back targets. Baker Mayfield ran four times, three of them scrambles, and Chris Godwin and Emeka Egbuka had one carry each. The two jobs the preview tied to Tucker went elsewhere too. Gainwell returned three kickoffs for 78 yards and Kameron Johnson returned two. And there was no goal-line work for anyone: Tampa Bay snapped the ball once inside the Cleveland 10 all day, and it was a five-yard touchdown pass.
Back in June the preview's read on Tucker was eight touchdowns on 94 touches last season, more than half his value in the scores, as the third back and the kickoff returner; the things to watch were the return job with Gainwell in the room and the goal-line package. Through two games Tampa Bay has returned 12 kickoffs and none of them was his, and the one short-yardage carry inside the 20 on Sunday, third and one at the 18, was the quarterback's. None of that is a verdict on a player who has been active once. It is where the touches are. Tampa Bay is home to the Vikings on Sunday the 20-seventh.
