24 to 16, Ravens, one 12 left. Tennessee had just scored, and on the two-point try Cam Ward threw to Gunnar Helm, who caught it. 24 to 18. The Ravens recovered the onside kick that followed.

Helm's one target was on the same drive: third and 16 at the Baltimore 41, two minutes left, short left for five yards to the 36. On fourth and 11 Ward found Carnell Tate for 33. That was Helm's line: one target, one catch, five yards.

Tight ends were thrown to twice on the 28 Titans throws with a receiver, once each for Helm and Daniel Bellinger. Tate had 12.

Back in June the preview put Helm on the watchlist as the incumbent tight end, with second-year volume to prove. Four games: 12 targets, nine catches, 60 yards, three targets a game.
