Jordan Addison had a quiet line against the Colts: 2 catches on 3 targets for 20 yards and +0.22 expected points added (EPA), what a play is worth given down, distance and field position, plus a 3-yard run, in Minnesota's 16-10 win at home. Both catches, for 11 and 9 yards, came in the first quarter.
His longest gain did not count. Up 13-10 with 2:02 left, second and 18 at the Indianapolis 36, he caught a deep pass to the left and was pushed out at the 2 after 34 yards, but an offensive holding penalty on Blake Brandel wiped it out. Minnesota kicked a 52-yard field goal on that drive. His one incompletion came on third and 12 at the Indianapolis 41, before the blocked 59-yard try.
Through Week 5 he had caught 11 of 22 targets for 163 yards and a touchdown, at -0.10 EPA per target; here it was +0.07.
