Mike Gesicki caught 4 of 6 targets for 76 yards and a touchdown against the Titans, and has now scored in all six games he has played this season. His targets were worth +0.7 expected points added (EPA), what a play was worth given down, distance and field position, held down by one of them becoming an interception.

The touchdown came down 28-23 with 7:18 left, one snap after Ja'Marr Chase's 23-yard catch on third and 10: first and 10 at the Tennessee 25, Joe Burrow threw deep left and Gesicki caught it in the end zone, +2.8 EPA and 15.2 points of win probability, the estimate of each side's chance to win. On the same drive his 18-yard catch converted third and 3 at the Cincinnati 34. His 28-yarder over the middle before halftime started the drive that ended in Jack Endries's touchdown for a 14-13 lead.

The cost came early in the third, up 14-13: a deep throw to the right for him on second and 9 was intercepted by Amani Hooker at the Tennessee 35, -3.9 EPA. Through Week 7 he had caught 13 of 18 targets for 165 yards and 5 touchdowns, +18.3 EPA, +1.02 a target; here it was +0.11.
