Trey McBride caught 7 of his 8 targets against the Cowboys for 72 yards and a touchdown. His targets were worth +6.1 expected points added (EPA), what a play was worth given down, distance and field position: +0.77 a target, his best rate this season.

The drive that brought Arizona back was mostly his. Down 27-17 with 3:46 left, he caught passes of 11, 14 and 5 yards from Gardner Minshew. After a roughing-the-passer penalty put the ball at the Dallas 14, first and 10 with 2:16 left, he caught a short pass to the right and scored: +2.1 EPA and 7.4 points of win probability, the estimate of each side's chance to win. That made it 27-24. Earlier, his 15-yard catch on third and 6 at the Dallas 37 set up Arizona's first-half field goal.

Through Week 7 he had 59 catches on 78 targets for 472 yards, 4 touchdowns and +19.1 EPA, +0.24 a target.
