Brenton Strange was Trevor Lawrence's steadiest target against the Eagles: 8 targets, 7 catches, 68 yards, +4.9 expected points added (EPA) on his targets. EPA is what a play was worth given down, distance and field position.
His biggest catch came down 14-10 in the fourth quarter. First and 10 at the Philadelphia 28 with 8:59 left: Lawrence threw deep left and Strange took it 27 yards to the 1, +2.3 EPA and +9.2 points of win probability. The drive went backward from there and ended on downs at the 5.
The first trip to the 1 came at the end of the first half, down 14-7: third and 2 at the 9 with 20 seconds left, an 8-yard catch, +1.7 EPA. Four snaps from there produced no points. In the third quarter he converted third and 11 with a 14-yarder to the Philadelphia 14, +2.2 EPA, on a drive that ended in a field goal for 14-10.
Seven catches matched his Week 4 total, and +4.9 EPA nearly equaled the +5.5 he had across Weeks 1 through 4, when he caught 14 of 18 targets for 167 yards and 1 touchdown.
