Chris Olave was the Saints' best weapon again against the Falcons: 12 targets, 8 catches, 116 yards, +7.2 expected points added (EPA) on his targets. EPA is what a play was worth given down, distance and field position.

The defining catch came with New Orleans down 14-0 and 44 seconds left in the first quarter. First and 10 at the Saints 46: Tyler Shough threw deep left and Olave caught it at the Atlanta 10, 44 yards, +2.3 EPA and +3.8 points of win probability. Two snaps later Alvin Kamara ran in from the 3.

He also converted third and 9 and third and 7 with catches of 12 and 10. Two deep throws for him fell incomplete, one on third and 6 in the second quarter with the Saints down 21-7. His 23 yards on fourth and 7 came with the score 45-17.

12 targets were 26% of the Saints' 47, after shares of 25%, 31% and 33% in Weeks 1 through 3. The yards keep coming: 182, 86, 107 and now 116. Four games: 48 targets, 35 catches, 491 yards, 1 touchdown.
