Chris Rodriguez went off left guard for 25 yards and the touchdown, the longest carry of his season. +3 point oh expected points added — expected points added is what a play was worth given down, distance and field position. It made the score 22 to 10; the two-point try failed.

The line: six carries, 35 yards, one touchdown, two first downs, two of the six successful, +1.2 expected points on the carries, no targets. The other first down was third and four at the Cincinnati 38 in the second quarter, up the middle for six, on a drive that reached the Cincinnati three and ended in a field goal. Four games: 26 carries, a hundred eight yards, two touchdowns, both in the last two weeks, and six of his eight third-down carries converted. The job is the same one, and this week it came with the longest run of his season.
