EPA is what a play was worth given down, distance and field position. Nine of his 22 carries (41%) gained positive EPA.
His best carry came up 10-7 with 8:57 left in the second quarter: fourth and 1 at the New England 20, he went off left tackle for 5 yards, +1.68 EPA, on a drive that ended in a field goal. The touchdown came late in the first quarter, first and goal at the 4, in at left end for a 10-0 lead after the extra point. With the lead to protect, his last eight carries, all in the fourth quarter, gained 9 yards, and an 8-yard run on third and 1 came back on a holding penalty.
