Jameson Williams Camp Update — August 31: Zero Live Targets All Summer

The cutdown placed Jameson Williams exactly where expected: on Detroit's initial roster, second among just four wide receivers, per Tim Twentyman at the team's website, with no injury designation attached. What the week did not produce is any direct word on the shoulder that cost him practices in mid-August. No reporter wrote that he practiced fully; no reporter wrote that he didn't. He carries no entry on Justin Rogers's injury tracker at the Detroit Football Network — but absence from an injury list is a signal, not a report, and we'll hold it at that.

He did not play Saturday's 25 to 16 finale win at Indianapolis, which closes the ledger on the other item: the summer ends with zero live targets.
