30 to 24, Giants, 11 seconds left, fourth and four at the New York four. Jacoby Brissett threw short left for Michael Wilson, and Banks intercepted at the two and returned it 98 yards for a touchdown. −9 and a half expected points added — expected points added is what a play was worth given down, distance and field position — and 22 points of win probability, the chance of winning the game after the play against before it, all of what Arizona had left. Wilson had been the target on the first two of the four throws from the four as well.

He had also been the drive. From the Arizona 33 with two oh six left, the first two snaps were Wilson for 11 nine, and later eight on second and five to the Giants 26. The line for the day: 13 targets, seven catches, 95 yards, six first downs, −9.4 expected points on the targets, 123 air yards. The first catch was 13 on third and 10 on the opening drive, which ended in a touchdown. 20 deep left opened the second touchdown drive. 24 deep right on third and one with nine seconds left in the half set up Chad Ryland's 60-yard field goal. 10 more on second and nine to the Giants four set up Elijah Higgins's touchdown in the third.

The other interception came on third and two at the Arizona 35 late in the second quarter, up 14 to 12: short left, picked off by Reese, 22 points of win probability, and the Giants scored two snaps later.

13 targets were 37 percent of Brissett's throws, one more than Trey McBride, nine more than Marvin Harrison.

Back in June the preview leaned toward Wilson and named the share with a healthy Harrison and the quarterback play as the things to watch. The share is settled for now: 44 targets in four games to Harrison's 13. Four games: 25 catches, 258 yards, one touchdown. Sunday was his most receiving yards of the four. The quarterback play went the other way.
