Nico Collins kept Houston moving against the Titans without finding the end zone: 7 targets, 5 catches, 56 yards, +4.5 expected points added (EPA). EPA is what a play was worth given down, distance and field position.

His biggest catch came with Houston up 9-3 in the second quarter. Second and 9 at the Houston 32, C.J. Stroud threw deep right and Collins caught it at the Tennessee 48: 20 yards, +1.7 EPA and 3.8 points of win probability.

Two others moved scoring drives. Late in the first quarter, shortly after Tyjae Spears's fumble, his 12-yard catch on second and 12 reached the Tennessee 25 (+1.7 EPA) on the drive that put Houston up 6-3. In the third, his 6-yarder on third and 2 kept alive the drive that ended in Stroud's touchdown run.

Through Week 4 he had played two games, Weeks 1 and 4, for 14 catches, 193 yards, 3 touchdowns and +14.3 EPA on 18 targets. Week 4 against the Cowboys brought 118 yards and 2 touchdowns.
