The December 20 24 knee injury damaged the ACL, MCL, LCL, and meniscus, and Dell first returned to practice at all during this camp. Whether Dell's name would show up in the Carolina joint-practice or finale reporting — it did not; the second gate of his return, padded work against another team, was not reached in anything we can cite. And what the cut to 53 would say about how Houston plans to carry him — that is now fully answered, and it is the news. The June read treated his comeback as a queue of public gates: activation, then team work, then starter snaps.
