Cooper Kupp was on the end of Seattle's last chance against the 49ers: 3 targets, 2 catches, 15 yards, +0.9 expected points added (EPA) on his targets. EPA is what a play was worth given down, distance and field position.

Down 32-29 with 54 seconds left, fourth and 10 at midfield, Sam Darnold threw short left and Malik Mustapha pushed Kupp out at the San Francisco 41 after 9 yards. Replay upheld the ruling, short of the line to gain: -14.8 points of win probability, and the 49ers took over.

His other catch set up Seattle's first touchdown. Third and 5 at the San Francisco 8 in the first quarter, he ran out at the 2 after 6 yards, +1.9 EPA, and Emanuel Wilson scored on the next snap. Through Week 4: 12 targets, 9 catches, 114 yards, 1 touchdown, +5.9 EPA.
