George Pickens gave Dallas positive value on his targets against the Packers: 6 catches on 11 targets, 73 yards, +4.0 expected points added (EPA) on his targets. EPA is what a play was worth given down, distance and field position.
His biggest catch came down 10-0 with 3:04 left in the first half. First and 10 at the Green Bay 39: Dak Prescott threw deep to the left and Pickens caught it for 16 yards to the 23, +1.0 EPA and +4.8 points of win probability. Later on that drive Brandon Cisse intercepted a pass for CeeDee Lamb, and Pickens made the tackle on the return.
Most of the rest came with Dallas down 23-7. On the late touchdown drive he caught a 21-yard pass to the Green Bay 30 and a 7-yarder to the 13, where a roughing-the-passer penalty moved the ball to the 6; Ryan Flournoy scored from there.
Week 5 was his best game, 9 catches for 130 yards and a touchdown. Through Week 5 he had 41 targets, 27 catches, 355 yards, 1 touchdown and +16.6 EPA.
