Hunter Henry caught every ball thrown his way against the Bears: 7 targets, 7 catches, 71 yards and +5.4 expected points added (EPA). EPA is what a play was worth given down, distance and field position. Five of the catches went for first downs.
Four came on one drive. Down 27-14 in the third quarter, he caught 14 yards on its first snap, then on third and 7 at the New England 37 with 8:20 left took a short pass right 13 yards to midfield, +2.2 EPA, his most valuable catch. He added 13 on second and 12 to the Chicago 25, +1.8 EPA, and after a false start, Eli Raridon caught a 30-yard touchdown on the next snap. That drive gave him 4 catches for 38 yards. His 16-yarder to the Chicago 20 in the second quarter came on the drive Drake Maye finished with a touchdown run.
The 7 catches and 71 yards were both his most in a game this season. Through Week 6 he had 24 targets, 19 catches, 225 yards, 2 touchdowns and +12.1 EPA.
