Woody Marks found little room on the ground against the Jaguars but made the catch that set up the win: 15 carries, 56 yards and -2.4 expected points added (EPA) rushing, plus 2 catches on 3 targets for 25 yards and +1.4 EPA. EPA is what a play was worth given down, distance and field position. A third of his carries (33%) gained positive EPA.

The catch came with the game tied 31-31 and 1:04 left. Third and 2 at the Houston 40, C.J. Stroud threw short right and Marks ran it 19 yards to the Jacksonville 41 before being pushed out of bounds: +1.5 EPA and +15.1 points of win probability. His 6-yard catch on the previous snap had set up the short third down, and the drive ended in the winning field goal.

His best run came up 31-28 in the fourth: 11 yards over right tackle to the Jacksonville 22, +1.1 EPA.

The running matched his start. Through Week 5 he had 43 carries for 149 yards, 2 touchdowns and -5.9 EPA, 33% of carries positive.
