29 to 26, Patriots, a minute 42 left, first and 10 at the Buffalo 24. Josh Allen threw short middle to Dalton Kincaid for seven yards to the 31. On the next snap, no huddle, Allen went deep right for him again; it fell incomplete, but an illegal-contact flag on Byard gave Buffalo a first down. Two snaps later Woodson intercepted Allen at the New England 19.

The line: two targets, one catch, seven yards, −1.4 expected points added on the two — expected points added is what a play was worth given down, distance and field position. The other was Buffalo's third snap of the game, third and five at the Buffalo 38, deep left, incomplete, and Buffalo punted. Khalil Shakir had eight targets, Keon Coleman seven.

Back in June this show made no call on Kincaid, with DJ Moore's arrival expected to cap the ceiling. Moore had two targets on Sunday too. Four games: 19 targets, 15 catches, 270 yards; 14 of the targets came in the first two weeks.
