Khalil Shakir did his work after the catch against the Ravens: 6 targets, 5 catches, 64 yards, 56 of them after the ball was in his hands, and +5.4 expected points added (EPA), what a play was worth given down, distance and field position. Every catch was a short throw.

Three of them built the opening touchdown. First and 10 at the Baltimore 49, he caught a short pass to the right and took it 26 yards to the 23: +1.7 EPA and 7.6 points of win probability, the estimate of each side's chance to win. Two snaps later, second and 10, he caught one over the middle for 18 yards to the 5, +1.6 EPA. Then, second and 6 at the 6, he was ruled in for a touchdown until replay put him out of bounds at the 1; Josh Allen scored on fourth down.

It was his second-best game this season by EPA, behind +5.9 in Week 5. Through Week 7 he had 32 targets, 22 catches, 290 yards, a touchdown and +10.0 EPA, +0.31 a target; here it was +0.89.
