Seven to nothing, Texans, seven 23 left in the first quarter, third and six at the Houston 45. Dak Prescott threw short right to Ryan Flournoy for 19 yards to the 26. +2.7 expected points added — expected points added is what a play was worth given down, distance and field position — and seven points of win probability, the chance of winning the game after the play against before it. The drive ended in a 39-yard field goal.

The other conversion came with 25 seconds left in the third, down 23 to 20: third and seven at the Houston 42, nine yards short over the middle to the 33, +2.0 and eight points of win probability. That drive ended in Javonte Williams's go-ahead touchdown.

The line: five targets, four catches, 37 yards, two first downs, +3.7 expected points on his targets. The other catches were two yards and seven, the seven on first and 25. The incompletion was first and 10 at the Houston 12 with 47 seconds left, the snap before CeeDee Lamb's winner. A throw his way on fourth and three at the Houston three in the third quarter drew a defensive holding penalty, and Williams scored on the next snap.

Five targets were tied for second on the team, far behind Lamb's 21. Back in June the preview called Flournoy the third receiver in a target tree owned by two others. Four games: 23 targets, 13 catches, a hundred four yards, and Sunday's 37 were his most of the season.
