Blake Corum made his few touches count against the Bills: 3 catches on 4 targets for 53 yards and +3.0 expected points added (EPA), plus 5 carries for 19 yards and his first touchdown of the season. EPA is what a play was worth given down, distance and field position.

The play that defined his night came down 19-14 with 1:14 left in the third quarter. First and 10 at the Buffalo 49, Matthew Stafford threw short to the left and Corum ran it to the 15, a 34-yard gain with +2.1 EPA and +11.0 points of win probability. Puka Nacua caught the touchdown on that drive.

His own score came earlier in the quarter, down 13-7: a 1-yard run off right tackle on first and goal that put the Rams ahead 14-13.

The receiving work was new. Through Week 4 he had 4 catches on 7 targets for 20 yards, alongside 33 carries for 162 yards, no touchdowns and -0.4 EPA on the ground.
