Drake London scored for the first time this season against the 49ers: 10 targets, 7 catches, 66 yards, a touchdown and +7.0 expected points added (EPA) in Atlanta's 29-20 win at home. EPA is what a play was worth given down, distance and field position.

The touchdown came on the first snap of the fourth quarter, up 19-14. First and 10 at the San Francisco 21, Michael Penix Jr. went deep left and London caught it in the end zone: +2.18 EPA and 6.5 points of win probability, the estimate of each side's chance to win. He had been hurt on a 9-yard catch on the drive's first play and returned before it ended. He set up the go-ahead score too: down 14-12 in the third, he caught a 10-yarder on third and 7 at the 28, +1.71 EPA, then a 12-yarder to the 5, and Kyle Pitts scored on the next snap. On third and 17 in the fourth, he caught a 2-yard pass and lateraled to Bijan Robinson, who took it 14 more.

His three incompletions included a third and 1 at the San Francisco 15 with 6 seconds left in the half, before a field goal.

The rate kept pace with a strong season. Through Week 6 he had 46 targets, 31 catches, 550 yards, no touchdowns and +27.3 EPA, +0.59 a target; here it was +0.70.
