2025 season · Pass catchers
Target Share Leaders
Target Share — 2025 NFL leaders, updated Jul 26, 2026. Jaxon Smith-Njigba (SEA) led the league in target share at 35.8%, ahead of 49 other qualifying players. Based on verified 2025 play-by-play data (nflverse); Half-PPR scoring.
Target share is the percentage of his team's total targets that one pass catcher absorbs. It is the most durable thing to know about a receiver, because volume survives bad weeks and bad quarterback play in a way that yardage does not. A receiver at thirty percent is being schemed to; a receiver at fifteen is taking what the defense leaves.
