Justice Hill was thrown to more than in any game this season against the Bills, and it mostly came on third down: 8 targets, 4 catches, 20 yards and -4.1 expected points added (EPA) as a receiver, plus 3 carries for 15 yards. EPA is what a play was worth given down, distance and field position.

Five of the targets came on third down, and one moved the chains: down 13-7 with 1:36 left in the half, third and 5 at the Baltimore 23, he caught a short pass to the left and got out of bounds at the 30, +0.9 EPA and 3.4 points of win probability, the estimate of each side's chance to win. The drive ended in an interception at midfield. The most costly miss came down 16-7 in the third, third and 4 at the Buffalo 8, an incompletion that left a 26-yard field goal, -1.4 EPA. On the opening drive he caught a third-and-9 pass and lost a yard.

The target total was double his previous high of 4. Through Week 7 he had 17 targets for -2.5 EPA, and 21 carries for 140 yards.
