Kyren Williams scored the touchdown that sent the Bills to overtime, on an otherwise grinding night: 16 carries, 49 yards, 1 touchdown and -0.6 expected points added (EPA) on the ground. EPA is what a play was worth given down, distance and field position. He added 6 catches on 8 targets for 27 yards, -1.4 EPA.

The tying drive ended in his hands twice. Down 34-27 with 31 seconds left, third and 7 at the Buffalo 10, he caught a short pass over the middle and was stopped at the 1: +1.2 EPA. With 8 seconds left he went in off left guard on first and goal: +2.0 EPA and +17.2 points of win probability.

In overtime, tied 34-34, he was stopped for no gain on third and 5 at the Buffalo 30, and the Rams did not score on that possession.

Only 31% of his carries gained positive EPA, against 46% in Weeks 1 through 4. Through Week 4: 54 carries, 294 yards, 3 touchdowns and +2.4 EPA, plus 21 catches for 173 yards.
