Andrews caught 3 of 5 targets for 24 yards and one first down, a 10-yard catch on third and six at the Dallas 43 with 3:52 left on the drive that put Baltimore ahead 31–28. His five targets were second on the team behind Zay Flowers's six, and two of his three third-down targets were caught, in a 34–31 win over the Cowboys in Rio de Janeiro.

28 to 24, Cowboys, three 52 left, third and six at the Dallas 43. One snap earlier a 12-yard Lamar Jackson scramble on third and one had come back on an illegal formation penalty. Jackson threw short right to Mark Andrews for 10 yards to the Dallas 33 and a first down. +1.8 expected points added — expected points added is what a play was worth given down, distance and field position — and seven points of win probability, the chance of winning the game after the play against before it. Two 14-yard catches by Zay Flowers took the drive to the two, and Jackson threw the go-ahead touchdown to Matthew Hibner with one 34 left.
The line: five targets, three catches, 24 yards, one first down, minus point six expected points on his targets. The catches: nine on third and 10 in the first quarter, one yard short, before Derrick Henry was stopped on fourth and one; five on second and six in the fourth; and the 10. The incompletions: third and four deep left on Baltimore's first possession, followed by a punt, and second and 11 short middle in the second quarter, the snap before a 49-yard pass interference penalty set up Henry's go-ahead touchdown. Three targets before halftime, two after. Three of the five came on third down; two were caught and one converted. The play-by-play logs him returning to the game with nine 16 left in the third quarter.
Five targets were a quarter of Jackson's 20 throws, second on the Ravens to Flowers's six, ahead of Rashod Bateman's three.
Back in June the preview said Andrews had just posted the fewest receiving yards of his career — 422 on 70 targets across 17 games, about four targets a game — and read the four-year trend as pointing one direction. Week 1 was six targets, four catches and 49 yards. Week 2 was seven targets, six catches, 49 yards, and three third-down conversions. Three games: 18 targets, 13 catches, a hundred 22 yards, no touchdown. Six targets a game is above last season's four, which cuts against the June trend; the touchdown has not come. Three games settle little. Baltimore is home against the Titans on Sunday the fourth.
