Rhamondre Stevenson did his work as a receiver against the Bears: 5 catches on 5 targets, 93 yards, a touchdown and +8.7 expected points added (EPA) through the air. The touchdown came down 20-7 with 3 seconds left in the second quarter. First and 10 at the Chicago 48: Drake Maye threw short right and Stevenson took it 48 yards for the score, +6.5 EPA, the most valuable play of the game, and +9.4 points of win probability. It made it 20-14 at the break. He opened the game with a 19-yard catch on second and 10, +1.9 EPA, and his 13-yard run to the Chicago 7 in the second quarter set up Maye's touchdown scramble.
The run that hurt came on that opening drive: third and 6 at the Chicago 46, 1 yard over left guard, -1.5 EPA, and Maye was sacked on fourth down.
