Nothing to nothing, 12 13 left in the first quarter, fourth and one at the Titans five, two minutes after an interception had handed Baltimore the ball at the Tennessee 37. Derrick Henry went at left guard for five yards and the touchdown. +2.9 expected points added — expected points added is what a play was worth given down, distance and field position — and nearly six points of win probability, the chance of winning the game after the play against before it. It was the best of his 23 carries by either measure.
The line: 23 carries, 73 yards, one touchdown, seven first downs, −3.3 expected points on the carries; two catches for six yards. Nine carries before halftime for 39 yards, 14 after for 34. The longest went 14 around left end from the Baltimore 31 early in the second quarter, and two snaps later he went 11 at right guard to the Tennessee 19, the snap before Zay Flowers's touchdown. Seven of the 23 gained nothing or lost yards. Late, with Baltimore up 14, he carried three straight times from the Tennessee 26 for four yards, and Tyler Loop's 40-yard try went wide left.
The split: 23 of the 24 running back carries. Justice Hill had one.
Back in June the preview's question on Henry was whether the touchdowns would hold. Four games: 89 carries, 374 yards, seven rushing touchdowns. They have held. Sunday's 3.2 yards a carry was the lowest of his four games, after 3.4 against Dallas.
